01 / Software companies & digital agencies

A development partner for digital agencies with more work than hands.

A client wants an integration, a portal or a website that goes beyond a theme. Your team is already fully booked, and hiring someone for a single project is a risk.

We join as an extension of your team. Under your name or visible together, in your way of working and tooling. You keep the client relationship, we deliver what we agree.

02 / Familiar challenges

Plenty of projects. Too few people to do them well.

At an agency, work rarely comes in evenly. One quarter is quiet, the next every client wants something at the same time, and often something just outside your own specialism.

  • You have to say no to great projects.

A client asks for something just outside your specialism, or comes along exactly when everyone is fully booked. Saying no costs revenue, saying yes costs quality.

  • Freelancers are there, and then they're not.

Having someone work loose hours works until that person has another project. The knowledge of the code then walks out the door with them.

  • Specific expertise is missing.

A .NET backend, a complex integration or a multilingual platform. That's not something you bring in-house for a single project.

  • Maintenance eats up your team.

Websites and applications of existing clients need updates and small changes, so new work gets left undone.

03 / What changes

From having to say no to daring to say yes.

Slide to see what a permanent development partner does to your team's workload.

The same projects and the same deadlines. Only not everything lands on one desk any more.

04 / How to use us

Three ways to work together.

Not every agency needs the same thing. Sometimes it lacks capacity, sometimes specific expertise, and sometimes you want to offer clients a website without having to maintain it yourself.

05 / How we work together

Two teams, one delivery.

We work the way your team works: in your tooling, with your coding conventions and in your rhythm of planning and delivering.

  1. Getting acquainted. Which clients, which stack and where things are stuck.
  2. First assignment. A clearly defined project, so you see how we work before you go further.
  3. Fixed agreements. On availability, client contact and code ownership.
  4. Delivering together. You keep the client contact, we make sure the technology is solid.

You can tell a good extension of your team by what your client does not notice: that an extra party is helping to build.

06 / Partner programme

Becoming a Partner: what you get and what we ask.

Agencies and companies that use our platform or work with us can become a Partner. You then pay nothing for the website builder. There is something in return, though, and we'd rather say so up front.

What you get
  • Everything in the Business Pro package, with no cost for the website builder
  • Client websites on a platform we maintain technically
  • Direct contact with the developers behind the platform
What we ask
  • Visibility, such as a mention as a partner or 'Made with TokoWorks'
  • And/or a service in return, such as a joint case study or collaboration on projects
  • Clear agreements up front, because the partnership is not without obligations

07 / Why TokoWorks?

A partner, not a competitor.

You're bringing another party in with your clients. That takes trust, and clear agreements about who does what.

  • Your client stays your client

We don't approach clients who come through you ourselves. We put that in writing in the collaboration.

  • Senior and compact

A small team with experience in complex platforms, multilingual products and integrations.

  • We fit into your stack

Preferably TypeScript, Vue and C#/.NET, but also experience with React, Next.js, Angular and Node.js.

  • The code belongs to you or your client

Agreements on ownership and handover are set in advance. No knowledge stays stuck with us.

08 / Good to know

Questions agencies ask us.

About white-label, client relationships, technology and the partner programme. If your question isn't here, send us a message.

Do you work under our name?

Yes, if you want us to. We can work entirely behind the scenes, or be visible together with you to the client. We agree that per collaboration.

Will you approach our clients yourselves?

No. Clients who come through you remain your clients. We put that in writing in the agreements we make together.

Which technology do you use?

Preferably TypeScript and Vue on the frontend and C#/.NET with PostgreSQL on the backend. We also have experience with React, Next.js, Angular and Node.js, and fit in pragmatically with what's already there.

Who owns the code?

You or your client, depending on what you have agreed with your client. We set out ownership and handover in advance.

What does becoming a Partner cost?

Partners pay nothing for the website builder. There is something in return, though, such as visibility or a service in return. Read more under Community and Partner.

09 / Moving forward together

Which project would you take on tomorrow if you had the people?

Tell us which projects are waiting, which stack you use and where things are stuck. We'll quickly let you know whether and how we can fit in.
