Team in discussion around a laptop in a bright office

01 / Development teams

Extra development capacity that takes responsibility.

Developers and product specialists who fit into your team, roadmap and codebase. To pick up speed, or to keep it up.

You work with experienced developers from our core team. For larger assignments, we quickly expand with specialists from our network of 10 to 15 developers, product owners and data engineers, whom we know personally and onboard ourselves.

02 / Familiar situations

There's plenty of work. Just not enough hands with the right knowledge.

A capacity shortage rarely happens all at once. Usually something slips first, someone leaves or specific knowledge turns out to be missing.

  • The roadmap keeps slipping.

    Capacity

Features get pushed to the next quarter, while customers and sales are waiting for them.

  • Knowledge sits with one person.

    Continuity

If that developer leaves or drops out, development grinds to a halt and nobody knows exactly how the system fits together.

  • Specific knowledge is missing in-house.

    Expertise

An integration, new frontend or .NET backend calls for experience your team doesn't have right now, or has no time for.

  • Things are being built, but nobody is guarding the direction.

    Product side

Backlog, priorities and acceptance get too little attention, so the team is busy but the product isn't moving forward.

03 / Not just extra hands

More than clearing tickets.

We fit into your sprints, tooling and coding conventions, but also think along about what gets built. We ask questions during refinement, flag technical risks and take ownership of a component from start to finish.

You're not hiring hours, but people who feel responsible for what they deliver.

04 / Ways of working together

How do you want to work with us?

Not every capacity need is the same. Sometimes your team is a few days a week short, sometimes there's a component someone needs to pick up from start to finish.

05 / Expertise

How we strengthen your team.

A senior core team with experience in complex platforms, multilingual products and integrations, complemented by a network of 10 to 15 experienced developers, product owners and data engineers. We prefer to work in our own stack, but connect pragmatically to what is already there.

Full-stack development
  • TypeScript and Vue.js on the frontend
  • C# / .NET on the backend, PostgreSQL as the database
  • Also experienced with React/Next.js, Angular and Node.js
Product and functional
  • Backlog, refinement and prioritisation
  • Translating wishes into workable stories
  • Acceptance and rollout to users
Integrations and data
  • API integrations with CRM, ERP and HR systems
  • Users, roles and permissions
  • Dashboards and reports

06 / How we get on board

Get started quickly, without going in blind.

Before we start building with you, we want to know where your product stands and how your team works. That way we add something from the very first week.

  1. Step 1

    Sharpen the question

We discuss the goal, the role, the stack and how much capacity you're looking for.

  2. Step 2

    Technical intake

We look at your codebase, architecture, way of working and tooling.

  3. Step 3

    Onboarding

Arranging access, meeting the team and picking up a first concrete task.

  4. Step 4

    Build along and evaluate

After a set period, we decide together: scale up, scale down or hand over.

07 / Working together

Clear agreements on who does what.

You remain the owner of your product. We make sure our work fits your team and stays transferable.

08 / Where we make the most difference

Where we can do the most for you.

We work with teams that want to take their product further. Don't quite recognise yourself? Get in touch anyway, and we'll look together at what fits.

You get the most out of us when:

  • you have a product or roadmap that needs to move forward;
  • your team needs reinforcement in knowledge, time or both;
  • you value people who think along, not just execute;
  • you'd rather work with familiar faces than with new ones every time;
  • you work with TypeScript, Vue, C#/.NET or PostgreSQL, or are open to it.

Not that far yet? We'll still think along:

  • No clear roadmap yet? We first help set priorities.
  • No product owner in-house? We can fill that role.
  • A different stack? During the intake we check whether we can connect well.
  • Want to start small? Begin with one clearly defined component.
  • Torn between hiring in and outsourcing? We discuss which route fits.

09 / Before we get started

Good to know about our teams.

From capacity and rates to ownership and tooling: here's what you can expect.

How quickly can you start?

Usually within six weeks. After the first conversation, we agree a concrete start date, matched to the role and the capacity you're looking for.

You're a small team. What if someone drops out?

You work with our core team. For larger assignments, we scale up quickly with a network of 10 to 15 experienced developers, product owners and data engineers whom we know personally. We record code, documentation and knowledge, so the work never depends on one person and can always be handed over.

Is there a minimum commitment or term?

We prefer to work with a fixed commitment per week, so we really become part of your team. That can start from one day a week. If it's a clearly defined component, it can also be done as a project with a fixed delivery.

What does a development team cost?

That depends on the roles, the experience and the commitment per week. After the first conversation, you receive a clear proposal with a fixed rate and clear agreements on commitment and term. So you know up front where you stand.

Do you work remotely or on site?

Both. We are happy to come to you for alignment, for example for the kick-off, refinements and demos. Most of the development happens remotely, from a permanent network of professionals in the Randstad. That way we are never far away.

Do you work in our tooling?

Yes. We plug into your existing environment, such as Jira, Azure DevOps, GitHub or GitLab, and follow your coding conventions.

Can we scale up and down?

Yes, within the agreed notice period. At every review we decide together whether the level of input still fits.

Can you also continue developing someone else's existing software?

That depends on the technology, the quality of the codebase and the documentation. We assess that first in the technical intake.

Who owns the code?

Agreements on intellectual property, source code and handover are set down in advance. Your organisation's data remains your organisation's.

Do you sign an NDA or data processing agreement?

Yes, where needed.

Where does your team need extra strength ?

Tell us what is on the roadmap and where things are stuck. We will let you know straight away whether and how we can fit in.
