What we ask: visibility and/or a service in return. Think of a mention as a partner, a joint case study or collaboration on projects. We agree exactly what that is together in advance.
Community and Partner are not no-strings offers. We agree in advance what we expect from each other, and the number of places is limited.

Working independently on a professional foundation
Business Lite is intended for organisations that largely manage their website themselves. We take care of the platform, technical maintenance, updates, monitoring and backups.
Questions and requests go by email and we handle them on working days. Changes, advisory projects and new functionality are planned and quoted separately.
You can count on:

Less suitable when:
you want to consult regularly, launch campaigns quickly or need ongoing advice and support.

Business Pro suits organisations that publish regularly, launch campaigns and want to actively improve their website.
You get priority on support questions, more room for in-depth discussion, and every quarter we review the website's performance and possible improvements.
You can count on:

- a quarterly check covering performance and improvements;
- advice on content, campaigns, SEO and GEO;
- faster turnaround on new requirements and extensions.
A good fit when:
the website is an active part of marketing, sales or recruitment.

the website is business-critical, several departments work with it daily or the platform plays a central role in campaigns and the sales funnel.

Enterprise is intended for organisations where the website plays an important role in marketing, service delivery, recruitment or sales. Often several teams work in the platform, there are integrations with other systems and the website keeps changing along with the organisation.
We work closely with the teams involved, safeguard technical coherence and think ahead about performance, functionality, usage and further development. New requirements aren't handled as separate requests, but assessed and planned in context.
You can count on:
- a fixed point of contact who knows your organisation and platform;
- monthly alignment on performance, requirements and priorities;
- support for multiple teams, departments and stakeholders;
- proactive advice on technology, content structure, conversion and further development;

What happens if you stop.
After the first twelve months your package can be cancelled monthly, with one month's notice. If you stop, we take care of the following.
Your domain is yours
Your domain name is registered in your own organisation's name. We help transfer it to a new environment.
Your content comes with you
We export your copy, images and form submissions for free.
Or choose maintenance mode
€20 per month excl. VATYour site stays online with hosting and security updates, but you can no longer edit it. Want to make changes again later? Then we move you back onto a package by arrangement.

Are design and build really included?
Absolutely. The design, build and set-up of the agreed website are covered by the monthly fee. We work within the features and scope of the chosen package.
Do you also improve my website yourselves?
We improve the platform for everyone: speed, security, new components and general features. That's included in your package. Work on your own site, such as copy, extra designs or new pages, you do yourself or we agree together. From Business Pro onwards, we look at usage, findability and conversion together every quarter.
Which work do you charge for separately?
Work that varies greatly from one organisation to another is quoted separately. For example:
- migrating an existing website;
- custom functionality;
- integrations with external systems;
- writing copy;
- photography, video and other content production;
- work beyond the agreed scope of the package.
You always receive a proposal for this in advance.
Why is there a minimum term of twelve months?
Because design and build are not invoiced upfront as a separate project, but are part of the monthly fee. The minimum term gives us room to set the website up properly, maintain it technically and support your organisation after launch.
Can we switch to a different package later?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time. If you want to move to a smaller package later, we first check whether the website and its use still fit within what that package offers.
Is there a free package?
Not as a standard package. For a limited number of organisations we have Community and Partner. You pay no monthly fee, but something is expected in return, such as feedback, visibility or a service in kind. We agree on this together in advance. Read more about Community and Partner.
Who supplies the copy and images?
In principle, your organisation supplies the copy, images and other content itself. We help with the structure, layout and presentation. If you want us to write copy, transfer content or take care of imagery as well, we will make an additional proposal for that.
Are hosting, domain and email included?
Hosting of the website is included in the monthly fee. Domain registration and email are not part of the package and should ideally stay directly in your organisation's name. We can, however, help with the setup and technical connection.
Can we add custom work or integrations later?
Yes. The platform can later be extended with integrations, calculators, portals, dashboards or other custom functionality, for example. We discuss the extension you want, look into the technical approach and make a separate proposal in advance.
What happens after the first twelve months?
After the minimum term, the package continues indefinitely. You keep paying the monthly package fee and keep access to the platform, hosting, technical maintenance, updates, backups and support.
From then on you can cancel monthly with one month's notice.
Good to know: after the minimum term you are entitled to a free re-skin of the website. That means your website gets a new look: a well-deserved refresh.
What happens if we cancel?
You have two options.
Maintenance mode. For €20 per month excl. VAT your website stays online, with hosting and security updates. You can no longer make changes. If you want to edit again later, we move you back onto a package in consultation with you.
Stop completely. When the notice period ends, the platform, hosting, maintenance and support stop. Before the end, we export your copy, images and form submissions free of charge, and help point your domain to a new hosting environment. Your domain always remains yours.
After the agreed retention period, we delete the website and its associated data from our systems. The TokoWorks platform, the source code and reusable components are not transferred.
