02 / Familiar situations
The figures exist. The overview does not.
Important information is spread across systems, files and reports that each give a different picture.
Reports by hand
Every month, figures are gathered from different sources and put into a spreadsheet.
Debates about the figures
Departments work with different definitions, so meetings are about which number is right.
Managing on old information
By the time the report is ready, the situation has already changed.
03 / What you get from us
One reliable source for what you want to know.
A dashboard is only as good as the data beneath it. That is why we start with the sources and the definitions.
What we build
- management dashboards;
- Power BI reports;
- central data platforms;
- automated reporting;
- operational overviews for teams.
What you notice
- up-to-date figures without export work;
- the same definitions for everyone;
- seeing more quickly where things deviate;
- less dependence on one spreadsheet expert;
- a foundation you can expand.
04 / Our approach
From scattered data to insight.
We start with the decisions you want to make, not with the charts.
- Step 1
Define the questions
Which decisions do you want to support better, and which figures do you need for that?
- Step 2
Connect sources
We retrieve the data automatically from the systems where it originates.
- Step 3
Set down definitions
We agree what each number means, so everyone sees the same thing.
- Step 4
Dashboard and further development
We build the overview and extend it as new questions come up.
05 / Good to know
Questions about dashboards.
Can't find your question? Feel free to send us a message.
Do you work with Power BI?
Yes, if it is already used within your organisation. Sometimes a dashboard inside your own application is a better fit; we discuss that up front.
What if our data is messy?
That is the rule rather than the exception. Cleaning up data and agreeing on definitions is part of the job.
Who is allowed to see which figures?
We build in role-based permissions from the start, especially when personal data or financial information is involved.
