02 / Familiar situations
The work gets done, but not in one system.
Many organisations run on lists, folders and emails that were handy once. Until the team grows.
Excel as a business system
Important information sits in spreadsheets that only one person really understands. Versions drift apart.
Entering data twice
The same data is retyped into several systems, causing errors and delays.
A package that doesn't quite fit
Off-the-shelf software covers eighty per cent. The rest is solved with workarounds nobody can explain any more.
03 / What you get from us
One place for the work that matters.
We build internal applications around your day-to-day work, and connect to the systems that already work well.
Examples
- planning software;
- case and relationship management;
- administrative applications;
- workflow and approval software;
- internal registration systems.
What you notice
- one source for information that is now scattered;
- less manual work and fewer errors;
- insight into where work gets stuck;
- software that grows with your organisation;
- code, documentation and knowledge that remain yours.
04 / Our approach
First the process, then the software.
We don't automate a workaround. First we look at how the work really flows.
- Step 1
Walk through the process
Together with the people who do the work, we map where time is lost and where errors arise.
- Step 2
Define the scope
We choose the part that delivers the most benefit and decide what belongs in the first version.
- Step 3
Building in short steps
You regularly see working software and adjust course before anything is set in stone.
- Step 4
Roll out and develop further
We guide the switchover and then keep building on what turns out to be needed in practice.
05 / Good to know
Questions about business software.
Can't find your question? Feel free to send us a message.
When is custom software better than an off-the-shelf package?
When a package forces workarounds on your way of working, or when you have to glue several packages together. Sometimes a package with an integration is the better choice; if so, we will tell you.
Can we start small?
Yes. We prefer to start with one clearly defined process that saves time straight away, and expand from there.
Which technology do you build with?
Usually TypeScript and Vue.js on the frontend and C# / .NET with PostgreSQL on the backend. Proven technology that is easy to hand over.
