02 / Familiar situations
A product that stalls because nobody gets round to it.
Software that runs needs attention. Without a permanent team, that attention falls by the wayside.
Further development has stalled
The product runs, but new features and improvements are left undone.
No developers of your own
Your organisation does not want to build its own development department, but does have ongoing development work.
Technical debt is growing
Small changes keep getting harder because nobody maintains the foundations.
03 / What you get from us
Fixed capacity, familiar faces.
A team that gets to know your product inside out, with agreements on monthly input.
What the team does
- maintenance and updates;
- new features and improvements;
- clearing technical debt;
- contributing ideas to the roadmap;
- the product owner role if it is missing in-house.
What you notice
- a product that keeps moving;
- one point of contact;
- predictable monthly input and costs;
- knowledge that is documented and transferable;
- room to scale up when needed.
04 / Our approach
How we build a team for you.
We start with your product and your ambitions, and put the team together around them.
- Step 1
Getting to know each other
We discuss your product, your roadmap and the role you expect a team to play.
- Step 2
Team composition
We propose the roles and the monthly input.
- Step 3
Onboarding
The team gets to know your product, codebase and organisation.
- Step 4
Steady rhythm
The team works to a steady rhythm, with regular reviews and adjustments.
05 / Good to know
Questions about a dedicated team.
Can't find your question? Feel free to send us a message.
What is the difference from extra capacity?
With extra capacity, we strengthen your team. With a dedicated team, we are the team and take responsibility for the development.
Which technology do you work with?
Preferably TypeScript and Vue.js on the frontend and C# / .NET with PostgreSQL on the backend. We also have experience with React/Next.js, Angular and Node.js, and check in the intake whether we are a good fit.
Who owns the code?
You do. Agreements on code, ownership and handover are set down in advance. No knowledge stays stuck with us.
