02 / Familiar situations
The roadmap is clear. The capacity is not.
Your team knows what needs to happen, but does not get round to it.
A peak in the workload
A release, migration or major client temporarily needs more hands than your team has.
Missing knowledge
Your team lacks experience for a specific part, for example with integrations or architecture.
Someone leaves
A developer leaves and the work has to go on while recruitment is still under way.
03 / What you get from us
More speed without overhauling how you work.
We fit in with how you work and pick up work as part of the team.
What we do
- taking part in sprints, refinement and reviews;
- building features within your coding conventions;
- spotting and discussing technical risks;
- sharing knowledge with your own developers;
- documenting what we build.
What you notice
- a roadmap that is back on schedule;
- familiar faces instead of changing people;
- people who think along, not just execute tickets;
- scaling up or down by agreement;
- knowledge that stays in your team.
04 / Our approach
Get started quickly, without going in blind.
Before we start building with you, we want to know where your product stands and how your team works.
- Step 1
Sharpen the question
We discuss the goal, the role, the stack and how much capacity you're looking for.
- Step 2
Technical intake
We look at your codebase, architecture, way of working and tooling.
- Step 3
Onboarding
Arranging access, meeting the team and picking up a first concrete task.
- Step 4
Build along and evaluate
After a set period, we decide together: scale up, scale down or hand over.
05 / Good to know
Questions about extra capacity.
Can't find your question? Feel free to send us a message.
How quickly can you start?
Usually within six weeks. After the first conversation we agree on a concrete start date.
Which technology do you work with?
Preferably TypeScript and Vue.js on the frontend and C# / .NET with PostgreSQL on the backend. We also have experience with React/Next.js, Angular and Node.js, and check in the intake whether we are a good fit.
Who owns the code?
You do. Agreements on code, ownership and handover are set down in advance. No knowledge stays stuck with us.
