Where is it hosted?

We host with Netcup, within Europe. For custom work we can also host in your own environment or with another provider.

What is included in a website package?

Hosting, technical maintenance, updates, monitoring and daily backups. The level of support varies by package; see Pricing and packages.

Can we take over management ourselves later?

Yes, for custom work. With documentation and knowledge transfer, your own team can take over management.
